Our first kids for the 2012 season began hitting the ground on December 7th. The kids in these pictures are 4 - 14 days old.
We had very little pasture grass this year, but supplemented with ration mix and molasses feed tubs. Our does stayed in good shape.
We expect to have between 70-90 doelings, wethers, and bucklings available to our customers starting in mid-March. Most of our buyers start to visit in February to pick their show animal for 2012.
Every animal will be weaned, started on Essential Show Feed, and up-to-date on vaccinations at 90 days of age. Wethers will be banded and dehorned. Doelings are sold with ABGA registration papers.
We plan to keep the price for wethers starting at $175-$250 again this year. Doelings will range from $250 - up, depending on breeding and conformation.
We appreciate all of our repeat customers, and are eager to meet new customers and friends in 2012.

These kids were born between December 7th and December 20th. We will have another group start kidding on January 11th, and then a third kidding in late February.
